At the beginning of the year Lipco rolled out a bespoke initiate called the Fast Track Process. Reacting to the demands of the customer, we can now offer this bespoke service which enables us to supply parts in a much shorter lead times. Shorter lead times with the same quality and reduce costs this helps eliminate non-value-added waste within our standard process. This keeps us fiercely competitive in the concept of Time-based competition.

The Fast Track process follows the same principals as Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM). It has dedicated Project Managers who liaise directly with the customers, keeping all those involved informed and updated with progress reports. The Fast Track process can be for one off components, batches or larger production runs.
